Instrumentalities

What are and can instruments actually be? Technologies, practices, means, tools, extensions, sensors and
transformers of conceptual and physical kind – musical/artistic, cosmological and scientific – persistent and
oblivious. Can instrumentalities expand our human perception and scope of action in a way that makes our grasp
of ‘being-one-part-of-many’ processes and shared habitats grow? In this talk I would like to share and initiate a
dialogue towards different formats and practices spiralling around this open question. Medium and appearance will
vary from self-contained to fragmented, individual, collective, participatory.
