DESCRIPTION:The Between Things No. 2*\nCatherine Lamb\, “Harmonicity” \nApril 29\, Neuer Saal\nWorkshop in two parts\n10:15–11:45 and 12:15–13:45 \n  \nCatherine Lamb is an active composer exploring the interaction of tone\, summations of shapes and shadows\, phenomenological expansions\, states between outside/inside\, empathy\, and the long introduction form. This two-part workshop is devoted to perceiving\, practicing\, and discussing directionalities into the intonation practices that define Harmonic Space. The first part will be discussing and theorizing\, while the second part will be sounding together with instruments and/or voices. \n* “The Between Things” is event series by the Department of Sound & Intermedia. \n
